Shipping & Returns
Shipping policy
All orders will be sent out via trackable courier. Domestic orders will be delivered within 7 working days (Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays). For preorders, please refer to the delivery schedule. You will be notified when your package has been shipped.
For domestic orders above $100, shipping is free.
For domestic orders below $100, shipping is at a flat rate of $5.
Refund policy
We offer exchange in the event that you receive a damaged/faulty or incorrect item as a result of our mistake. For domestic orders, you may request for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Drop us an email at help@yellowbear.sg with your order number and exchange information. We will schedule a re-delivery and pick up at no charge.
